As reported in the June 2020 issue of Catalyst, a task group has been working on a plan for the next phase of the Institute's work. The current Executive Director, Andrew Steele, will be stepping down from the post in 2021 and the task group has presented a plan for restructuring the Institute and appointing a new Execuvtive Director or Chief Executive.
At its recent meeting, the Board of the International Christian Media Commission (the Insititute's current guardians) appointed Colin Lowther and Andrew to start the process of seeking a new Executive Director as well as establishing an Executive Management Group. The Executive Management Group will be responsible for setting up appropriate governance structures to enable the Institute to move forward from 2021.
Colin and Andrew will be approaching a number of individuals to join the Executive Group and starting the recruitment process.
Anyone interested in being considered for the role of Executive Director or joining the Executive Management Group should write, confidentially, to email@example.com including a CV/resumé detailing their relevant experience. Short-listing for the Executive Director role will take place in January 2021.
